Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to mainland France, Corsica, and all European Union countries. For any questions regarding delivery to a country not listed, please contact us at contact@jailacote.com before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed before 12:00 pm (Paris time) on a business day is generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is validated. A second email including your tracking number is sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are given as estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions).

These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and do not constitute guaranteed contractual deadlines. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs applicable to your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, before any validation or payment.
Free shipping conditions may be offered from time to time (above a certain order amount or during promotional events). These conditions are specified on the website at the time of ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to locate your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you experience any difficulty tracking your parcel, please contact us at contact@jailacote.com with your order number.
Delivery and Receipt
It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. In the event of visible damage (open, damaged, or torn parcel), precise and detailed reservations must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery, and we must be informed within 48 hours by email at contact@jailacote.com, accompanied by photographs.
After this period, no claim relating to visible damage will be accepted.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an extended absence, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not wish to have the parcel reshipped, a refund of the product amount (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.
Lost Parcels
In the event of a parcel being declared lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible. In accordance with legal investigation timeframes, processing may take up to 21 business days. If the loss is confirmed at the end of the investigation, we will either send a replacement parcel or issue a full refund of your order.
